I notified them on receipt that the camera was faulty and after phoning was told to go to the website and file a webform. Sadly I didn't hear back, not even a courtesy confirmation that the form had been received. I then phoned again and was advised to email, which I did sending copies to the main and returns department. I did receive a notification to say that my email had been noted and that my complaint was being progressed. That was six days ago and I have heard nothing more. I sell collectables and antiques and have my own website, if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business.	Overall Rating

No Canon Hologram, serial number different to that on the camera. Camerabox refused to make good the missing items and simply expect the buyer to return the whole item to a PO Box Number, with a covering letter! The only professionals who would admire Camerabox are most likely 'Con-Artists'. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS EVIL WEB TRADER AND ITS SPAWN.	Overall Rating

This site was the lowest price for the camera that I wanted - £99.99 for a Panasonic DMC - FS7. This was cheaper than Amazon by £14. So overall I am very happy with this vendor.
